01Our approach
We aim to make wexcounsel.in conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The website is built with semantic HTML and a clear heading hierarchy; every function is operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator; forms have associated labels and errors that are announced; colour contrast meets AA ratios; and dialogs trap focus and close with Escape. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
02Moving content
The Global Legal Intelligence ticker pauses on hover and keyboard focus, and is replaced by a static, scrollable list when your system requests reduced motion. Animations across the site are disabled for reduced-motion preferences. The same headlines are available as a static list on the News & Intelligence page.
03Known limitations
Publishers’ websites linked from Global Legal Intelligence are outside our control. Email clients render our acknowledgement emails differently; plain-text versions are always included.
04Report a barrier
If something on this website is difficult to use, please tell us at enquiries@wexcounsel.com with the page address and what happened. We will respond and aim to fix genuine defects promptly. If you need information from this website in another format, ask and we will do our best to provide it.
