WEX DPDP Readiness Assessment.

A disciplined, self-service diagnostic with a report worth acting on. ₹9,999 + applicable taxes.

01  /  The assessment
What it is
An adaptive assessment across 18 modules — applicability, inventory, notice, consent, processors, security, breach readiness, retention, rights, grievance, children’s data, governance, SDF exposure and cross-border — evaluated against Wex & Counsel’s DPDP Readiness Framework.
Who it is for
Founders, COOs, legal and compliance leads at Indian companies and Indian operations of foreign groups who need a clear, prioritised picture of where they stand before the DPDP obligations commence.
What you complete
Only the questions that apply to you — typically 60 to 90 — with plain-language help and “why we ask this”. Autosave lets you stop and return.
What you receive
A professional PDF report: executive summary, control-by-control findings with status and priority, matters for specialist review, a 30/60/90-day action plan, a documentation checklist and future-readiness actions.
How long it takes
Most organisations complete the assessment in one to two hours. The report is generated after submission and appears in your secure dashboard, with an email when it is ready.
How your information is handled
Your account is isolated at the database level, the report is held in private storage and released only through short-lived authorised links, and the assessment asks for descriptions and confirmations — not records about individuals.
What it does not do
It is not a certification, is not government-approved and does not guarantee compliance. It relies on the information you provide and does not replace legal advice.
What happens after
Optionally request a Wex & Counsel professional review of your report, or an implementation discussion for the actions it identifies.
02  /  Findings, not scores

Counts you can act on. No grades.

Each control is recorded as implemented, partially implemented, action required, future readiness action, insufficient information, potential inconsistency, requires specialist review or not applicable — with a priority derived from Wex’s methodology. Requirements that commence on notified future dates are shown as readiness actions, not as current breaches.

Pricing is shown before payment and is subject to applicable taxes. Payment is verified server-side before the assessment unlocks. Questions answered.
