FAQ
- — What WEX DPDP is, how it works and what it will not do
A privacy product that asks for the minimum.
The assessment asks for descriptions, categories, counts and control confirmations — not your customer, employee or patient records. Do not submit personal data about individuals unless a question specifically requests it.
Every organisation’s account is isolated at the database level. Reports are held in private storage and released only through short-lived, authorised links. Notification emails never contain assessment content.
WEX DPDP provides a structured readiness assessment and supporting materials. It is not a certification, is not government-approved and does not guarantee legal compliance. Requirements that commence on notified future dates are shown as readiness actions, not current breaches. Pricing is shown before payment and is subject to applicable taxes.
